Healing is not Linear.. one step at a time

After a month of treatment, it does feel different. Not a lot, a little, but it matters. There are days when it's bearable, and I seem hopeful... but there are days when I need to retreat or it still felt regressed. That's the process I guess. Though this is only extinguishing the fire, I have yet to deal with the source of the fire, why it keeps lighting up in the first place. It's ok, we'll deal with it one step at a time. Alhamdulillah ala kulli haal.. Allahumma inni as alukal 'afiyah 🤲
